He achieved the rank of Associate Professor of Neurology through his clinical, educational and research contributions and is an invited lecturer on transcranial Doppler across the United States and internationally. Dr. Rubin is the founder of Sound Vascular Neurology, seeking to utilize his deep knowledge and experience in vascular neurology and neurovascular ultrasound to enhance quality of practice through expert interpretation and education.
